Acne Vulgaris
Either papules about comedones with black centers, or pustules,
or hypertropheid
nodules cased by overgrowth of connective tissue.
In the indurative type, the lesions are deep-seated and cause
scarring. Face, neck and shoulders are common sites. Vitamin A used as
a topical ointment can be an effective treatment.
