Alzheimer's Disease

Pregnenolone, a hormone, declines considerably in the body by age 70 or so. Some studies have shown supplementing the diet with pregnenolone reduces the chance onset of Alzheimer's while others have shown contrary results. However, one of the best methods to prevent the onset of Alzheimer's is to use (exercise) the brain. It has been shown that exercising the brain is an effective means for offsetting the onset of Alzheimer's Disease.
