ALICE BAILEY
(1880-1949)

Alice Bailey was an American theosophist and author who wrote a series of 30 books on ancient teachings, with much of it inspired by psychic contact with "The Tibetan."

While not primarily an astrologer, her writings on esoteric astrology are a foundation for many if not most modern estoric astrologers. We hope that some of them will come forth with their comments on her contribution to their work.

BIRTH AND DEATH DATA: AstroDatabank gives the following birth information, rated C, original source not known. Rudhyar published it in American Astrology Magazine in 9/1937. She was born June 16, 1880, in Manchester, England, 53N30; 2W15, at 7:32 AM GMT. She died at the age of 69 on December 15, 1949.
