Dal Lee was the editor of Astrology Guide and Your Personal Astrology, newsstand publications which are still available today and which nurtured many well-known astrological writers. Also a practicting astrologer, he became involved with astrology in 1917 and was a professional astrologer from 1927-1941. He was a member of American Federation of Astrologers
from 1940 onward and was also active in the Astrology Guild in New York City.



BIRTH AND DEATH INFORMATION:

According to his AstroDatabank record, he was born Adalbert Clarence Nebel on December 7, 1895, at 1:30 AM, EST in New York, NY. This data is ranked A, from memory, as given in Sabian Symbols No. 558 and also in The Church of Light files. ADB says that he died on July 14, 1973 in Ft. Lee, NJ.

Astrological Pioneers of America, gives different data from the AFA files: 1:00 AM as the birth time and July 7 as the date of death, original sources not cited.

His granddaughter, Heather consulted her mother to resolve the discrepency. She believes his birth time is 1:30 AM and that he died on July 7, 1973 at about 4:00 - 5:00 PM, but will need to consult family records.
