Gingivitis
Bad breath? How much water have you had today? No, coffee doesn't count
and soda doesn't count... One of the best things for breath problems and
for the next phase which includes gum problems like gingivitis, is to brush
your teeth regularly. The amount of saliva in the mouth will determine how
much bacteria can grow there and what types of bacteria grow.
Vitamin C is one way to strengthen gums. Bioflavinoids help as well as does
folic acid, another of the B vitamins. calcium
and vitamin D also help to keep the body healthy enough
to avoid problems with salivation. There are new products available specifically
for this problem. (CoQ10)
