GINGER
Possible applications:
Ginger is regarded as a carminative (eliminates intestinal gas) and intestinal spasmolytic (soothes the intestinal tract). A recent double-blind study showed it to be more effective against seasickness than diphenhydramine. It reduced all the symtoms including dizziness, nausea, vomiting and cold sweating. It has some anti-inflammatory effect which can be used for migraine or arthritic pain. There does not appear to be any toxicity associated with the ingestion of ginger root.
